Professional Access A Ride vehicle operators must meet the following requirements.

1. Valid New York State Commercial Drivers License with Passenger Endorsment.
2. Unrestricted License in effect for 3 years.
3. Must have no more than 4 points on your license.
4. Must be at least 21 years old.
5. Drug Free, Pre-Employment, and Random Testing.
